Meet Our Pastor

Rev. Joshua F. Webster Sr.

Joshua is a God-fearing man. He is the second to the youngest child of six children of Garry & Deborah Webster. God Blessed Rev. Webster with a son: Joshua F. Webster, II. Rev. Webster has been and continues to be a surrogate father for many youth.

At the age of 9 years, Joshua was called to preach the Gospel. On September 12, 1999, Joshua ministered his first sermon “Can We Be Friends”. In June 2007, Joshua was appointed by Dr. Juan Conway as Min. Webster. Under the leadership of Dr. Juan Conway, Joshua was licensed and trained for ministry.

Min. Webster is the former Wood River Baptist Association Region 1 Coordinator (2008-2014). He has also served as the Mt. Nebo M.B. Church Youth Director/Pastor (2007-2016).

In October 2015, Min. Webster was ordained at the Mt. Nebo MB Church under Dr. Juan Conway and therefore was appointed to the position of Reverend (Elder).

Rev. Webster has preached throughout Illinois, Missouri, Tennessee, Mississippi, Iowa, Kansas, and Wisconsin. He has served as a commencement speaker, lecture, motivational speaker, and teacher for various school districts and religious districts.

In October of 2022, Rev. Webster became the 22nd Pastor of Mt. Nebo M.B. Church in Madison, IL.

Rev. Webster continues to serve in the Wood River Baptist District Association as Director General and Young Adult Coordinator and serving Full Gospel Baptist Fellowship - Benjamin District and State of Illinois. As well as he continues his professional career in the education system and with the unions locally, regionally, statewide, and nationally.
